Are you finding it harder and harder to get up in the mornings ?! The dark and cold affects everyone but here’s some tips to get you up and going!!
- Go to bed at a normal time- this might mean skipping your favorite TV show but at least you’ll get your 8 hours!! You’ll thank me in the morning.
- Sleep in your workout clothes- this saves time and gives you that little extra motivation to get up!!
- Have a plan- Know your workout, what you’ll need and where you need to go!!! A good plan ensures a good workout!!
- Don’t hit snooze. Get up and get that butt moving. The sooner you get up the sooner you can get back in..
- Crank that pump up music. Nothing gets you going like a good Beyonce tune early in the morning! And just check her abs for a little more motivation.
- Don’t make it a choice.. It’s not optional. DO IT.
