How To Beat Those Winter Blues!

Are you finding it harder and harder to get up in the mornings ?! The dark and cold affects everyone but here’s some tips to get you up and going!!

  1. Go to bed at a normal time- this might mean skipping your favorite TV show but at least you’ll get your 8 hours!! You’ll thank me in the morning.
  2. Sleep in your workout clothes- this saves time and gives you that little extra motivation to get up!!
  3. Have a plan- Know your workout, what you’ll need and where you need to go!!! A good plan ensures a good workout!!
  4. Don’t hit snooze. Get up and get that butt moving. The sooner you get up the sooner you can get back in..
  5. Crank that pump up music. Nothing gets you going like a good Beyonce tune early in the morning! And just check her abs for a little more motivation.
  6. Don’t make it a choice.. It’s not optional. DO IT.
