Compound HIIT is a circuit-style class that consists of mostly Tabata and EMOM workouts.
Each class will have between 9 – 12 movements consisting of isolation and full-body movements with heaps of variety. It is a fun class that will get your heart rate up burn calories as well as build strength and muscle. A general session will range between 36 – 45min.
