Every Wednesday, starting March 5th, we will be running a Compound Metcon Advanced class at 5:30pm. This class will be specific to members who have prior crossfit/gymnastics and weightlifting experience and would like to focus more on improving these skills. The class will focus on technique and various more complex lifting or gymnastic movements and allow our more competitive athlete members to be able to advance their skills and perhaps prepare for any upcoming competitions.
