Choc Banana Slices (Makes 20 pieces)

Ingredients – Main

– 1 cup of macadamia nuts

– 1 cup of coconut flakes

– 1/3 of a banana

– 2 Tbsp of coconut oil

– 2 Tbsp of honey


Ingredients – Choc Topping

– 3 Tbsp of cacao powder

– 1 Tbsp of honey

– 2 Tbsp of coconut oil



1 – Place all main ingredients in a blender or food processor

2 – Process until the mixture is thick and gooey

3 – Spoon into small ramekins or molds

4 – Melt down all ‘Choc Topping’ ingredients over extremely low heat

5 – Mix until smooth

6 – Pour over the base/main ingredients in moulds

7 – Place ramekins in the fridge for 30 – 60 minutes until mixture is firm, and chocolate has hardened.

8 – Lick the bowl

9 – Cut into bite sized pieces (Best stored in the fridge)

10 – Enjoy!
