FTS: A class with maximum variety. We use Body weight, Gymnastics, Running, Riding, Rowing and what ever other interesting things we can come up with.

Bootcamp: Outdoors training with all sorts of functional training. Meet at different venues all around Griffith. Great for those that don’t like the indoors.
