New Classes at LiveFit
Starting Monday 23 July we’re introducing new classes to our timetable!
Hitt Step – 6am Monday & 5.30pm Wednesday with Paula
A 30 minute high-intensity class using your body weight and incorporating a step box. It’s a workout that works the legs and the glutes and great for beginners to advanced!
Pilates – 6.30 pm Monday with Lena (bookings required)
A popular exercise program that focuses on core strength and flexibility. It’s low impact and perfect for all ages and levels of fitness.
Spin – 5.30 pm Wednesday with Lena (bookings required)
A whole classes designed around riding on a bike. Working at different intensity levels this class is suitable for beginners to advanced. It’s great for the cardiorespiratory system and fat burning! If you haven’t tried a spin class before, give it a go!
