Try FTS – Our No. 1 Functional Training Class
FTS is designed to get you through everyday activities with loads more energy. It focusses on improving your cardio fitness, mobility, core & overall strength by using a combo of body weight movements paired with kettlebells, dumbells, rowing, running, gymnastics and loads more to get you feeling fitter, faster and stronger in no time.
With FTS, no workout is ever the same. Our trainers design their classes so that they are always different, interesting and fun. They’ll challenge you but they’ll also be there to encourage and support you because they just want you to do well. Because FTS is a high-intensity workout the atmosphere is always incredible. You’ll always find other classmates encouraging each other and they’re never shy of giving a high-five.
