We know that walking into a gym can be scary. We’ve all been there before. Don’t be scared! We take the worry out of fitness.

We are local and offer you a friendly approach to fitness, along with a Free Trial, so you can see if we are the right fit for you.

LiveFit proudly caters to all fitness levels and age groups. Our members range in age from 14 to over 60! With our wide range of group classes as well as personal training and 24/7 gym access, there is bound to be something that works for you.

Fitness to suit you

We know that everyone likes to work out differently.

Our great range of group classes are all designed to suit your fitness needs and goals, whilst providing a supportive and fun environment and a great place to make new friends.

Group Classes at LiveFit include Zumba, Bootcamp, Spin, Pilates, Kettlebells, Circuit, Pump and CrossFit.

Local and Proud

LiveFit is proudly local and prides itself on community engagement & spirit. We offer great health and fitness programs for the  community such as The Griffith Movement, provide sponsorships and fundraising / charity events.

More importantly though, when you become a LiveFit member, you become part of Our Community which offers great new friendships and support, helping us all to Live Happy, Live Healthy & Live Fit!

All you have to do is ask one of our members what they think of LiveFit. They will be more than happy to tell you. We’re always walking around the gym floor, on hand, ready to answer any questions you may have. All you need to do is ask!

Support when you need it

We’re not just a gym; we’re a whole support network. When you’re not working out, you can keep in touch with us and our members on our LiveFit Facebook page, sign up to one of our special programs for more motivation, enter one of our competitions, or read the latest health information or workout tips on our blog.

A team effort

You will always be kept in the loop with what is going on within the community and surrounds. Special events like Mud Sweat & Beers, Tough Mudda, Griffith Bacchus – all have a great representation by LiveFit members. This is because we like to get involved, and get our members involved. This keeps things exciting!
