    Meet our Griffith Movement Winners for 2018 We had an overwhelming response the Griffith Movement this year which blew us away. Over 240 participants (our biggest year to date) embarked on an 8-week health and fitness journey aiming to learn new skills to live a healthy and active lifestyle….while losing a few kilograms along the way!
