The Recovery Zone works per the hour and bookings can be made on our GymMaster App, under “Book a Service”. Booking is essential and reserves your spot exclusively for the hour to make use of our Ice Bath and Sauna. Members pay only $15 for the hour and you will receive scan in access via your phone to use at the door.
